New TN-CEEDAR Members
The Tennessee CEEDAR State Leadership Team is excited to welcome eight new members to our collaborative network! Each brings valuable expertise and fresh perspectives to our shared goals:

- Enhanced SEA capacity, in collaboration with EPPs and LEAs, to monitor and evaluate the impact of policies on attracting, preparing, and sustaining effective educators and to revise policies as needed.
- Expanded SEA, EPP, and LEA capacity to integrate and use multiple data sources for continuous improvement of educator preparation systems that recruit, develop, and retain effective teachers and leaders.
- Increased capacity among SEAs, EPPs, LEAs, and other state partners to collaborate, implement, and sustain scalable reform initiatives that strengthen the educator workforce pipeline.
